ButcherBox is a certified B Corp, which means that we are held to a high standard by a third party when it comes to pay transparency and other workers' rights metrics under their Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion project. Independently of that, our internal DEIB committee has been working hard for the last five years to make sure that everyone's voice is heard and that our workforce reflects the world around us. Employee resource groups such as Black at ButcherBox, BB Womens Internal Network (BBWINS) and BBPride provide fun and inclusive spaces for people to bring their authentic selves to work and learn from each other.
