Jobs at Education Partnerships Coalition of Minnesota

We are a coalition of 9 place-based, cradle-to-career, education-to-workforce community-based organizations in Minnesota. We are truly diverse in a broad sense of the word. Our 9 communities work in and with communities of Black descendants of enslaved Africans, Black immigrant communities, Latine and Hmong folk often close to their time of immigration, refugees and asylum seekers, unaccompanied minors, as well as lower income White communities, and it is an emerging goal of ours to explore shared work with one or more of the 11 Indigenous sovereign nations with whom we share geography. You would be the second employee of our coalition working with these 9 organizations across the state. Our mission is to disrupt inequities by race, place, and income. For the answers below about the tech team, I am referencing our EPC Data Committee, with 1 member form each of our 9 organizations (and 1 organization has a 2nd member) plus our external consultant.
