We have some robust DE&IB initiatives around ensuring our Policies are considering our LGBTQ+ community and underrepresented folks. We have goals and policies around hiring diverse candidates with our recruiting efforts. Our workforce is 52% female or non-binary identifying and we have a growing effort of hiring more LGBTQ folk in our team. In addition the products and sectors we work in directly affect underrepresented folks. The Exygy engineering team, is helping us to grow in number and expertise outside of public benefits and into justice reform, affordable housing, climate justice, and other impact areas.
