Hi Marley is the SaaS platform built for the insurance industry by people who know and love insurance. It enables communication between the policyholder, insurance carrier and partners through texting, helping delight policyholders and enhancing the jobs of insurance reps.
We believe in order to create a culture of inclusivity and belonging, we must provide a psychological safe space for our community. Hi Marley hired a DE&I partner whom facilitated a company-wide listening tour to identify the gaps, needs and wants of our employees. We created the definition of Inclusion at Hi Marley, established our baseline to measure our growth, and we launched an employee engagement program called Marley & MEE, where employees can join committees and affinity groups (specialized safe spaces for employees that identify as Womxn or non-binary & Black, Indigenous & People of Color). We've also created an Inclusive Hiring Manager training along with an Inclusive Team Building program. We encourage underrepresented folks in tech to consider us because we actively listen to and celebrate the ideas and perspectives of people of all backgrounds and at all levels of experience at Hi Marley.
