We are a group of readers, gamers, and nerds. We're trying to make a joyful, play-oriented product and have fun while we do it. We know that we have to have the same attention to detail towards building our culture alongside our product, because the culture is reflected in the product. As a fully-remote company across several time zones, and with several different styles of communicating because of the diversity of our backgrounds, we also pay close attention to whether we are creating enough space for everyone to be heard. We also know that life is unpredictable, unruly, and often sometimes at odds with getting work done, and that sometimes space is needed for that too. We offer diversity-focused benefits such as gender-affirming care, and we opt out of spaces where any member of our team would not be welcome. We also don't have any interest in crypto.
