We believe that when you build a community that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive, you generate more innovation, more creative solutionsโ and ultimately more meaningful impact. To that end, we have built up internal structures and processes to help push the work forward, and we know that the work cannot be done well without full buy-in and authentic collaboration. Thatโs why all staff members here at Murmuration are expected to be a part of and actively participate in DEI subcommittees. These subcommittees, along with our DEI Steering Committee, work to ensure that DEI is embedded in everything we do- in the way we build up our internal community, the way we support our external partners, and the way in which we transform education.
