Our Nerd Career Accelerator Program (CAP) provides early- to mid-career talent with professional development and coaching to foster equitable career growth.
We also take pay equity seriously. NerdWallet is Fair Pay Workplace certified, and we conduct biannual pay equity reviews to ensure fair compensation practices. Additionally, we are proud to have earned Silver-Level Certification from Management Leadership for Tomorrow’s Black Equity at Work and Hispanic Equity at Work programs, recognizing our ongoing efforts to eliminate barriers and build a racially just workplace.
