The clearest ways we are inclusive comes down to a fully remote, primarily asynchronous working environment. We value that people bring complex and important ideas, and we operate a very flat org structure so that everyone has the opportunity to have an outsized impact and be not just heard, but listened to and respected. We're a very small and early company, and we want to build an inclusive workplace from the start! Frankly, we don't have much to show yet (we are only two people right now, both white and identifying as men, one LGBTQIA+), and that's a large part of why we want to have our job listing here. Several other job boards have attracted an awfully non-diverse group, and we need to change that.
